JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Pineapple Corporation announces the promotion of Mariellie Rodriguez-Toyens to vice president of finance and accounting for the Jacksonville-based custom and semi-custom home builder.

In her new role, Rodriguez-Toyens is responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecasting and systems implementation for the company. “Mariellie’s extensive financial experience combined with her construction industry work history made her promotion to vice president of finance and accounting a crystal-clear decision.

Her impressive credentials in homebuilding adds significant horsepower to our senior management team,” said President Jim Ash. Prior to her promotion, Rodriguez-Toyens worked as controller for The Pineapple Corporation where she oversaw business processes and financial reporting. Rodriguez- Toyens has a master’s of business administration degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant in Florida.
