THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION OPENS RESERVATIONS AT PALERMO;
WEEKEND EVENT DRAWS SCORES OF BUYERS

JACKSONVILLE, Florida – During a recent event at The Pineapple Corporation’s
headquarters in Jacksonville, the builder/developer kicked off sales for its new European
village-style community, Palermo, and secured reservations for more than 75 percent of
the 39 homesites available in the first phase.

“From the moment we announced plans for Palermo, we have seen tremendous
interest from buyers, which tells us that we are providing buyers in the Jacksonville

Prior to the sales kick-off, The Pineapple Corporation hosted a series of
informational orientation events for buyers to get acquainted with Palermo and begin

and 21 homesites for its Magnifico line. Priced from the upper $600,000’s, Primo offers
