MODEL HOMES BY THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION TAKING SHAPE AT
PALERMO
JACKSONVILLE, Florida – Four magnificent model homes skillfully crafted by The
Pineapple Corporation are under construction in Palermo, the new European village-style
community featuring semi-custom courtyard residences.
“Palermo has already enjoyed tremendous success, which we anticipate will
accelerate with the introduction of these beautiful model homes,” said Executive Vice
President/Chief Financial Officer Spencer T. Calvert. “We take great pride and care in
the craftsmanship of our homes and models are a wonderful way to showcase all the
features that make a Pineapple home so unique.”
The Pineapple Corporation is building two designs from its Magnifico collection
and two from the Primo line, each gracefully showcasing the intricate architectural details for which the company is known. Homes in the Magnifico line range from 2,489 to
3,245 square feet and are priced from the upper-$500s. Priced from the upper-$600s,
Primo offers courtyard homes ranging from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet.
The Magnifico IV model home will feature 2,959 square feet of space with three
bedrooms, two-and-half baths, a formal great room, side courtyard and The Pineapple
Corporation’s beautiful Coastal Mediterranean exterior elevation. The Magnifico VIII
model is also a two-story floor plan with a formal great room and side courtyard. This
model will have 3,245 square feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a
Tuscan-inspired exterior elevation.
The Primo III model will be a two-story design with 3,541 square feet, four
bedrooms including a private guest casita and three-and-a-half baths. It will feature a
Country French exterior motif and a side courtyard. The Primo IV model home will also
showcase a private guest casita in addition to three large bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths
and a great room.
The four model homes are expected to be complete by late September.
True to The Pineapple Corporation’s standards, all residences in Palermo will
offer a wide array of design selections to make each home suit the lifestyle needs of every
purchaser. Buyers will have three architectural styles from which to choose for the
exterior of their home including Coastal Mediterranean, Country French and Tuscan.
