THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION OFFERING ATTRACTIVE BUYER INCENTIVES AT PALERMO
JACKSONVILLE, Florida - The Pineapple Corporation is offering early purchasers incredible incentives at its new community, Palermo, including a best price guarantee program, a $10,000 selection upgrade allowance and the opportunity to win a trip to Europe.
"We believe a new courtyard residence at Palermo is an extraordinary opportunity in itself but combined with these incentives, it is truly something not to be missed," said The Pineapple Corporation Executive Vice President Spencer T. Calvert.
Through The Pineapple Corporation's best price guarantee program, or BRAVO, as it is referred, buyers will receive the best price and terms for the remaining home/homesite packages in Palermo's introductory phase, regardless of future changes in the price. In the event lower prices or additional sales incentives are offered in the first phase prior to December 31, 2006, all previous purchasers will be issued a credit or refund in an amount equal to the difference of the purchase price. In addition to BRAVO, the builder/developer of custom and semi-custom homes is offering buyers who purchase prior to October 30, 2006, a $10,000 selection upgrade allowance. For those who purchase before December 31, 2006, they have the opportunity to win a trip to Europe.
There are a limited number of homesites remaining in the first phase of the 50-acre European village-style community on Hodges Boulevard. Once complete, Palermo will feature 133 superbly crafted single-family courtyard homes from the company's two product lines-Primo and Magnifico.
Priced from the upper $600s, Primo offers six courtyard plans ranging from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet. The one- and two-story residences feature four bedrooms, three-and-a-half or four-and-a-half baths, and a three-car garage. Magnifico has eight one- and two-story designs ranging from 2,489 to 3,245 square feet. The courtyard homes in the Magnifico line offer three to five bedrooms and as many as four-and-a-half baths. Magnifico homes are priced from the upper $500s.
Several of the plans in both lines offer a private guest casita, ideal for use as an in-law suite, nanny quarters or home office. All of the homes include spectacular details and opulent interior appointments as well as the highest quality finishes including natural stone and other solid surface materials. Among the many enchanting features The Pineapple Corporation has incorporated into each residence are the open courtyards that can be transformed into a private garden with a fireplace, fountains or landscaped planters.
Palermo residents will enjoy the community's quaint village atmosphere and amenities for the entire family. The community's amenities include a recreational facility, fitness center, swimming pool and covered multi-purpose pavilion with grilling area and are all currently under construction. The amenities are scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2007.
