THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION TO HOST "MEET THE BUILDER" PROGRAM JANUARY 20 & 27 AT PALERMO
JACKSONVILLE, Florida - The Pineapple Corporation is hosting "Meet the Builder" on January 20 and 27 at the Palermo Sales Center, located on Hodges Boulevard just south of Beach Boulevard. President Jim Ash, Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Spencer T. Calvert and Senior Vice President of Semi-Custom Operations Don Milner will be available in the Sales Center from 1 to 4 p.m. to answer questions and guide visitors through their semi-custom courtyard homes at Palermo.
"Our new 'Meet the Builder' program presents a wonderful chance for prospective buyers to ask company executives questions and discover what makes a home by The Pineapple Corporation different," Calvert said. "This is also an exciting opportunity for us to share our vision and passion for building." The Pineapple Corporation's Sales Center at Palermo is located in its Primo III model, one of four beautifully decorated homes available to tour. The company is offering two distinctive product lines in Palermo - The Magnifico Collection and The Primo Collection. Homes in The Magnifico Collection range from 2,489 to 3,245 square feet and are priced from the $500s while homes in The Primo Collection are priced from the $600s and range from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet.
The Pineapple Corporation currently has a limited selection of inventory homes available for purchase. Buyers who select an inventory home at Palermo will also receive a full golf membership to Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club. Once complete, Palermo will feature 133 elegant courtyard homes in a picturesque European village-style setting. Residents will enjoy community recreation amenities including a swimming pool, spacious lanai, two multi-purpose rooms, an exercise room, women's and men's facilities, and community pavilion. Construction on the amenities is expected to be complete by early summer 2007.
