THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION PROMOTES DON MILNER TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SEMI-CUSTOM OPERATIONS
JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Pineapple Corporation announces the promotion of Don Milner to senior vice president of semi-custom operations. In his new role, Milner is responsible for all aspects of semi-custom operations including vertical construction and land development and customer service.
“Don’s knowledge of The Pineapple Corporation product and philosophies combined with his determination to grow the business throughout Northeast Florida made him the best choice for senior vice president of semi-custom operations,” said President Jim Ash. “We are certain that Don’s expertise will help our company to grow throughout 2006 and beyond.”
In his previous position as vice president of semi-custom homes for The Pineapple Corporation, Milner led construction activities at the company’s Glen Kernan community, Villini. Prior to joining The Pineapple Corporation in 2003, Milner worked as vice president of custom homes with a local builder and as a project manager with a national builder. He has over 15 years of experience in the home building industry.
Milner holds a master’s degree in building construction as well as a bachelor’s degree in design and architecture from the University of Florida. He is also a licensed certified building contractor in Florida.
