PALERMO HOMEOWNERS WIN $10,000 FOR DREAM VACATION

JACKSONVILLE, Florida – Ronald and Margaret Wisor have a close-knit family that relishes spending time together.  The Wisors, along with four of their family members, recently purchased five new homes by The Pineapple Corporation in Palermo, a quaint gated enclave of semi-custom European-inspired homes.  In addition to the couple’s dream of having their family live nearby, the Wisors were also The Pineapple Corporation’s grand prize winner of a $10,000 dream vacation.

“We are thrilled to be awarded this wonderful prize for a vacation from The Pineapple Corporation,” Margaret Wisor said.  “An opportunity like this doesn’t come along very often and we feel so fortunate to be able to visit a destination we’ve always wanted to.”

The 14 families who purchased in the first phase of Palermo prior to December 31, 2006 were entered in The Pineapple Corporation’s dream destination prize drawing.  The Wisors were drawn as the winner during an elegant wine and cheese reception hosted by The Pineapple Corporation at Palermo.  The reception also gave Palermo homeowners an opportunity to get acquainted with their neighbors prior to moving in.  Palermo’s first residents are expected to move in this summer.

Palermo is located on Hodges Boulevard, just south of Beach Boulevard.  The community features magnificent residences from The Pineapple Corporation’s two semi-custom courtyard home collections.  Homes in The Magnifico Collection range from 2,489 to 3,245 square feet and are priced from the $500s while new homes in The Primo Collection are priced from the $600s and range from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet.  Homes in both collections include a versatile courtyard and a wealth of spectacular interior features and exquisite architectural details.
