THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION WELCOMES NEW HOME CONSULTANTS AT PALERMO

JACKSONVILLE, Florida - The Pineapple Corporation welcomes John DeWane and Jessie McFarland to its team at Palermo, the luxury homebuilder's new European village-style community of semi-custom homes off Hodges Boulevard.

DeWane, a new home consultant, is responsible for assisting potential homebuyers with the purchase of their new semi-custom home in the community. This includes guiding customers through the home buying process and maintaining positive relationships throughout their building experience. DeWane has a bachelor's degree in public relations from Southern Illinois University and more than 20 years sales experience.

"John's extensive sales and marketing experience make him a great asset to the team at Palermo," said Spencer T. Calvert, executive vice president/chief financial officer.

McFarland joins the Palermo sales team as an assistant new home consultant. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in science and is currently pursuing her real estate license.
