THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION OFFERS 14 DISTINCT FLOOR PLANS AT PALERMO

JACKSONVILLE, Florida - Palermo, The Pineapple Corporation's newest European village-style community, offers homebuyers a variety of living options with 14 available floor plans, eight of which can be toured at the new community off Hodges Boulevard.

The Pineapple Corporation offers a variety of floor plans in Palermo, including four single-story plans and 10 two-story plans. The luxury home builder is offering two distinct product lines within the community - The Magnifico Collection and The Primo Collection.

The Magnifico Collection features two single-story and six two-story distinct floor plans with homes priced from the $500,000s. Homes in this collection feature up to four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths and range in size from 2,489 square feet to 3,245 square feet of living space. Most Magnifico homes feature a courtyard, covered lanai and a two-car or tandem two-and-a-half car garage.

Homes in The Primo Collection are priced from the $600,000s and range in size from 3,120 square feet to 4,586 square feet. Two single-story and four two-story courtyard designs are available with four bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Many of The Primo Collection designs feature a private guest casita, covered lanai and two-and-a-half or three-car garages.

Phase Two of Palermo is selling at a rapid pace and four homes are available for immediate move-in.
