THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF MODEL HOMES AT PALERMO
JACKSONVILLE, Florida - As guests enjoyed gourmet fare and fine wine in the elegant new models in Palermo, there was a feeling of being at an intimate reception. The recent gathering of homebuyers, real estate professionals, friends and family celebrated The Pineapple Corporation's new semi-custom courtyard model homes in the upscale enclave on Hodges Boulevard.
"This is a labor of love for us and we wanted to share this special occasion with those who have contributed to our continued success," Ash said. "The models turned out beautifully and we couldn't be more proud. These homes represent the very nature of elegance."
The Pineapple Corporation's four models display European sophistication and style with inspiring architectural details, superior features and finishes. Two of the homes showcase the company's new Magnifico collection, while the other two are from its well received Primo line. Homes in the Magnifico line range from 2,489 to 3,245 square feet and are priced from the $500s. Priced from the $600s, Primo offers courtyard homes ranging from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet.
The Magnifico IV model has 2,959 square feet of space with three bedrooms, two-and-half baths, a formal great room, side courtyard and The Pineapple Corporation's beautiful Coastal Mediterranean exterior elevation. The upstairs in this model provides an area that is ideal for the young-at-heart who desire a social room/game room or for teens needing space to study and hang out.
The Magnifico VIII model is also a two-story floor plan with a formal great room and side courtyard. This model has 3,245 square feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a Tuscan-inspired exterior elevation.
The Primo III model is a two-story design with 3,541 square feet, four bedrooms including a private guest casita and three-and-a-half baths. It features a Country French architectural style and a side courtyard.
The Primo IV model home showcases Tuscan style with a private guest casita in addition to three large bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a great room.
True to The Pineapple Corporation's standards, all residences in Palermo will offer a wide array of design selections to make each home suit the lifestyle needs and tastes of every purchaser. Buyers have three exterior architectural themes from which to choose including Coastal Mediterranean, Country French and Tuscan.
The first phase at Palermo is nearly sold out and the company has released a second phase. Palermo will feature 133 modern classic courtyard homes in a quaint gated setting located on Hodges Boulevard. The Pineapple Corporation is currently putting the finishing touches on the community recreational facility, gate house and community pavilion, all of which will echo the distinctive European architectural flair that is the backbone of the community. Construction on the amenities is expected to be complete by early summer 2007.
