THE PINEAPPLE CORPORATION OFFERS NEW FLOOR PLANS AT PALERMO

JACKSONVILLE, Florida - The Pineapple Corporation is introducing eight semi-custom floor plans in a new product collection called Magnifico at Palermo, the company's 50-acre European village-style community now under construction on Hodges Boulevard.

"Seeing a new floor plan in a brochure is one thing, but touring a new furnished model or an inventory home and exploring all the brand new features provides a true sense of a design's character and flow," said Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Spencer T. Calvert. "These new plans offer buyers the same courtyard concepts, high quality, and architectural details they associate with The Pineapple Corporation at an attractive price point."

Since the recent opening of the company's model homes at Palermo, visitors have been enamored with the new designs. There are eight floor plans in the new Magnifico line that range from a one-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath plan with 2,489 square feet to a two-story design with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,245 square feet. Many of the homesites designated for the Magnifico homes have length lake views. Homes in the Magnifico line are priced from the $500s.

Gracefully showcased at Palermo are the Magnifico IV and VIII models. The Magnifico IV model has 2,959 square feet of space with three bedrooms, two-and-half baths, a game room, which can be converted into a fourth bedroom, a formal dining room, spacious great room and side courtyard. This beautiful two-story home features The Pineapple Corporation's Coastal Mediterranean exterior elevation.

The Magnifico VIII model is also a two-story floor plan with a formal great room, private guest casita and side courtyard. This model has 3,245 square feet with four bedrooms, including the casita, four-and-a-half baths, an opulent dining room, gourmet kitchen with island, and a Tuscan-inspired exterior elevation.

In addition to the Coastal Mediterranean and Tuscan architectural styles, The Pineapple Corporation is also offering a Country French exterior elevation for its homes in Palermo.

Following on the heels of steady sales and a near sell-out of the first phase, The Pineapple Corporation has released a second phase to accommodate the tremendous demand. Palermo will feature 133 modern classic courtyard homes in a charming gated setting.
